Forms for ordering recorders (3rd, 4th and 5th graders) and precorders (2nd graders)

Any 5th grader interested in auditioning for the AISD Choral Festival in November will be required to file a form to audition. 

Any student interested in attending the AISD Recorder Fest in May will be required to file a form to participate.
